Hypnotic seminar
The public is invited to a free hypnotherapy/relaxation session with a clinical hypnotherapist at White Rock Library, 15342 Buena Vista Ave., next month.
Helen Brychka – who runs her business, Hypnotherapy That Works, from her White Rock home – is to host the April 30 event, which will be held from 12:30 to 2 p.m. and include refreshments. Participants should wear comfortable clothing.
