Festival of fun

Parents looking for a fun and safe alternative to trick-or-treating in South Surrey can check out  Sunshine Ridge Baptist Church’s Family Fun Fest on Oct. 31.

Parents and children up to the age of 12 are invited to the event which will include carnival games, face painting, a bouncy house, food – and of course – lots of candy.

Dressing up is an option, but organizers have asked for no scary costumes.

The church is located at 6230 120 St. in Surrey. For more information go to www.srbc.ca or call 604-594-5512
