Smooth sailing
A White Rock cruise-specialty business has won a major award from its North American franchisor.
Cruise Holidays of White Rock was among several franchisees named in November to the 2011 President’s Circle, which acknowledges revenue and year-over-year growth.
“While it’s important to recognize all of our President’s Circle recipients for their individual accomplishments as business owners, we want the world to know that the reason they have reached this level of success is because they offer the best customer experience possible to each and every one of their clients,” Mark Schiffner, Cruise Holidays’ vice-president and chief operating officer, said in a statement.
As part of their recognition, President’s Circle honorees will sail aboard the Queen Mary 2 on a trans-Atlantic crossing, scheduled for June 2012.
