Business women recognized in Surrey

Surrey Board of Trade will host the third annual Surrey Women in Business Awards March 7 at the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel, 15269 104 Ave.

Aimed at recognizing the hard work of Surrey's businesswomen and their contributions to the community, awards are to be presented in five categories: Entrepreneur, Corporate, Professional, Leadership and Not-for-Profit Executive.

Registration and lunch begins at 11:30 a.m.; the program is to take place from noon to 1:30 p.m.
