Wellness seminar
A free Qi acupuncture demonstration will be part of a family wellness seminar planned for the Newton Library this month.
On Feb. 16, Dr. Jack Fu – a renowned acupuncturist who holds a PhD in Oriental medicine and is also an eighth-degree black belt in Tai Chi – will host a demonstration of acupuncture, acupressure and other methods used to heal aches, pains, headaches, sleep disorders and other issues.
The event begins at 10:50 a.m. and runs until 12:20 p.m. in the Newton Library meeting room (13795 70 Ave). For more information about the upcoming seminar or Fu, call 604-522-0658 or visit www.taichi-acupuncture.com
