A South Surrey lighting designer has received international recognition.
Karice Enterprises Ltd., located in Campbell Heights, won silver and iron awards in Milan, Italy, at the A’Design Award and Competition.
Described as the “world’s most influential and largest design awards,” the accolades are “a great honour,” Karice officials said in a release issued Tuesday.
The Silver A’Design Award was presented for Karice’s Shroom Pendant Light fixture; the Iron A’Design Award went to the company’s Sprocket Light fixture.
A third light co-designed by Karice – the Halo – won a Golden A’Design Award.
