Legacy deadline approaching
The deadline to nominate individuals for recognition under White Rock’s Living Legacies program is May 1.
The program honours current and former residents who have contributed to the success, well-being and livability of White Rock.
Since 2005, 25 citizens have been cited.
Those wishing to nominate someone for the next round of honours may submit the completed nomination form and a 250-word biography of the nominee to city hall, 15322 Buena Vista Ave.
Nominations may also be made posthumously.
