Semiahmoo Rotary Club recognized member Kim Karras with the organization’s highest recognition last week.

Karras, who has been involved with Peace Arch Hospital and Community Health Foundation’s Partners in Caring campaign, was honoured as a Paul Harris Fellow during an April 21 presentation.

Each year, a member of the community and the club receives the tribute, named after Rotary’s founder. Paul Harris founded the organization in Chicago in 1905.
