Seeing pink
Amber Lowes explains some common myths and misconceptions about breast cancer with Sharon Mohr on the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation's first mammography and breast health education centre on wheels, which was parked at the White Rock Farmers Market Sunday.
Visitors such as Jacquie Campbell signed the pink bus as a commitment to adopting breast health practices and booking their free mammogram, which women between the ages of 40 and 79 are encouraged to do.
