Garden gathering
A garden lunch and tea party for widows in the community was held at the home of the Zaleschuks on Marine Drive last week.
A dozen ladies who attended the Aug. 11 event enjoyed a lunch and garden tour, followed by a tasty dessert and tea.
“The laughter and conversation suggested that this afternoon become an annual event,” a release states.
