Fundraising breakfast
A fundraiser this Saturday (Sept. 17) from 8 a.m. to noon at Choices Markets, 3348 King George Boulevard, will raise money for research and education through Prostate Cancer Canada and its supporting network (PCCN), which has 70 member groups across the country.
A joint venture of Choices and South Surrey’s Mountainview Wellness Centre, the event, which includes pancakes, juice and coffee for $5 – plus face painting and balloons for kids – also aims to raise awareness of prostate cancer. For more info, visit www.mountainviewwellnesscentre.ca
