Toastmaster open house
The Semiahmoo Peninsula’s evening-edition Toastmasters are set to host an open house this month, for anyone interested in joining the club.
Throughout the school year, the group meets every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Earl Marriott Secondary (15761 16 Ave.).
On Oct. 17, an open house will be held at the school, room 206.
The goal of the club is to help members improve public-speaking skills.
