Beat the blues
Surrey Public Library is challenging teens to not let the season’s gloomy weather dampen their creativity.
The Beat the Winter Blues Contest is an opportunity to submit ideas for song lyrics, short stories and book cover redesigns.
Free to enter, the contest offers a chance at one of six $25 gift certificates to Central City Shopping Centre.
Winning works will also be featured on the SPL website.
