Semiahmoo Secondary nabs green award

Semiahmoo Secondary has been named one of the greenest schools in B.C.

The South Surrey school took home one of two viewer’s choice awards and was one of 10 secondary level schools to win $1,000 in order to sustain and support environmental action projects.

Students filmed, edited and promoted a video focusing on ways to encourage and promote green initiatives in their community. Visit www.bcgreengames.ca
