Youth achiever from White Rock named

White Rock’s Seliba Shivji has been named as a youth achiever for the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

The award is a prestigious international youth award with more than seven million participants in 141 countries.

To earn this award, achievers must complete four sections of the award program: volunteer service, a skill, physical recreation and adventurous journey completion.
