SENIORS SCENE: Newcomers invited to Kent Street Centre

Today’s the day. Look for your copy of the White Rock Leisure Services Spring Leisure Guide in today’s Peace Arch News.

There’s an abundance of interesting and exciting programs to get involved in this spring. Read through the guide and call Leisure Services beginning tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. to register for bus trips, exercise classes, computer lessons and much more.

If you did not receive your copy you can view it online at  www.whiterockcity.ca or visit the Kent Street Activity Centre, Centennial Park Leisure Centre or the White Rock Community Centre to get your copy.

Have you recently retired and are looking for something to get involved in?

Are you spending more time at home and less time out in the community?

Discover the many exciting programs and activities offered at the centre as well as meet our executive committees and enjoy complimentary refreshments.

There is no obligation to join, just come out and learn all the great things we have to offer.

Please RSVP by calling 604-541-2231.

White Rock Community Policing and Leisure Services are offering a personal-safety workshop: Fraud, Don’t be a Victim.
