White Rock's waterfront vision explored
White Rock council is inviting citizens to have their say on how best to enhance the city's waterfront.
Set for 5-9 p.m. tonight (Wednesday, April 11), the open house and community forum will be held at the White Rock Community Centre, 15154 Russell Ave.
The evening is touted as "an exciting opportunity to take part in creating a comprehensive vision for the city's waterfront."
The area in focus includes public land on the south side of Marine Drive, stretching from Coldicutt Park on the west, east to Finlay Street.
The first half of the evening will be dedicated to the open house, followed by a presentation, discussion and exchange of ideas from 7-9 p.m.
