IHIT seeking witnesses to Christmas Eve killing
Police are asking for public assistance in identifying the person who killed Bradley McPherson on Christmas Eve.
McPherson was attending a house party that night when he was killed by another person at the event.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) is looking for a medium to large built, dark-skinned male, about six feet tall, between the ages of 18 and 25.
He was wearing a hoodie with a distinctive white crest design or a camouflage jacket.
Several people are known to have attended the after-hours party, so investigators think someone would have seen the attacker and may know his identity.
“IHIT is committed to working with members of the community and victim families to resolve crimes of this nature, but they can only be successfully concluded with community support and involvement” says Inspector Kevin Hackett, Officer in charge of IHIT.
Police are asking anyone with information regarding this homicide to contact the IHIT tiplines by calling 1-877-551-IHIT(4448) or by email at ihittipline@rcmp-grc.gc.ca
