Arson suspected in North Surrey blaze
Investigators believe someone broke into a North Surrey business and set it on fire Tuesday night.
Fire crews arrived in the 12100 block 86 Avenue to AAA Surplus Liquidation and found an explosion had taken place.
Through thick smoke, crews hammered down the two-alarm blaze.
When fire was out, it became apparent someone had broken into the business before it was set on fire.
The site has been secured for fire investigators who hope to determine the cause of the blaze.
Surrey Mounties are asking that anyone who may have seen anyone or anything suspicious in the area are asked to call the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
