A middle-aged couple were taken to hospital with minor injuries following a single-vehicle crash Sunday on Highway 99 near the King George Boulevard overpass.

A Deas Island RCMP spokesperson said police speed and road conditions were factors in the incident that sent a pickup trunk onto its roof.
