Bodies of a man and woman discovered on Colebrook Road

Two more bodies were found this morning on Colebrook Road.

Following the discovery of a man's body in the area in late January and the charred remains of a man's body in February, at approximately 2 a.m. Wednesday, Surrey RCMP conducting patrols in the area of Colebrook Road and 125A Street located a third man's body on the side of the road.

Additional officers were called to the scene including the Police Dog Service. The dog team located a woman's body a short distance away from the deceased male.

Both victims appear to have met with foul play and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has been called in to lead the investigation.

As the victims have yet to be identified,  police say there are many questions that will remain unanswered.

“Until the identity has been determined investigators will not know the connection, if any, today’s victims have to each other or to the other two victims found recently in this area,” said Sgt. Jennifer Pound.

IHIT will be on the scene throughout the day with the assistance of Surrey RCMP and the Integrated Forensics Identification Service (IFIS).

Anyone with information is asked to call the IHIT tip line at 1-877-551-4448. To remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
