Adam is survived by his 3 month old daughter, Mirsi, sister Allison, sister Christie and baby Donovan, mother Laura MacDonald, father John Fettes and wife Marilyn, mother of his baby Jessica. Surviving English relatives, grandfather Henry Fettes, Aunt Valerie, Uncle Paul and cousins.
In lieu of flowers a fund will be set up for baby Mirsi through Laura MacDonald care of Box#193, c/o Peace Arch News, 1545 Johnston Rd., White Rock, BC V4B 3Z6.
