Passed away suddenly at his home in Langley, B.C. on March 28, 2003. Predeceased by his father Bert in 1972, brother Lance in 2000, sister Christina in January 2003. Bert is survived by his loving mother Rose of Nanaimo, son Chad (Mary Beth) Staddon of Bristol, England; daughter Gwyneth (Jim) Gifford of Houston, Texas and son Aedan Staddon of Nanaimo. Grandchildren Sophia of England and C.J. and Jeffrey of Texas. Three brothers Sean (Jacki) Calgary; Barry (Maureen) Gabriola and Kevin of Nanaimo; three sisters Josephine and Jennifer of Nanaimo, Veronica of Port Moody. Also left to mourn Bert's passing are many nieces and nephews and brother-in-law Jack Rogers of Memramcook, New Brunswick. Private service by request. Arrangements by Parksville Funeral Home.
