Betty passed peacefully at Whitecliff Retirement Residence surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Vancouver, BC, raised in Kitsilano to Annie Elenor (Charles) and William Horace Sibson. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ken and siblings, Elenor (Mac) McCloy, Bob (Judy) and Bill (Edna) Sibson. Betty married Kenneth Grayston in 1953 and is survived by her three sons: Jeff, Paul (Jane) and David (Donna), and four loving grandchildren Trevor, Taylor, Emily and Spencer and numerous nieces and nephews. In 1970 the family moved to Blaine, WA, working in the duty free industry, then founded a successful mailhouse company, Blaine Enterprises. After retirement they lived in Birch Bay, WA and later moved to White Rock where Betty and Ken lived out their final years. Betty made many friends throughout her life, her outgoing personality and quick smile drew people to her. She was a true people person, always cultivating new friendships and nurturing the old ones. Special thanks to the amazing staff at Whitecliff that were so compassionate and caring to our mother over this past year. Donations can be made to whiterockhospice.org
