Cheryl Morgan

March 1, 2007

Cheryl passed away peacefully on March 1, 2007, ending a long journey after a heart attack on December 11, 2006.

Cheryl is deeply missed and forever loved and remembered by her husband Chuck Morgan, her children: Bailey and Josh, and her sister, Faye

Eklund.

Cheryl's memory lives on in the hearts of her mother, Joyce Eklund, and her mother-in-law, Muriel Morgan, as well as numerous close friends and other relatives.

Cheryl was passionate about her chosen career in teaching. Her family was of paramount importance to her, as were the many children she taught over the years. She lived and shared her values, which included love of family, love of learning, a healthy lifestyle, and much laughter. She was a treasured friend to many, and a dedicated participant in her community.

The family sincerely thanks the incredible staff of the Heart Services Programs at the Royal Columbian Hospital and St. Paul's Hospital, as well as the Emergency Department at the Peace Arch Hospital. Special thanks to Annemarie Kaan.

A service to remember Cheryl will be held on Friday, March 9 at 4pm at Crescent United Church, 2756 - 127 Street, Surrey. The service will be followed by a gathering in the church hall to celebrate her life.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Paul's Hospital Foundation, Heart Centre, Vancouver. For assistance please go to the website:
