Connie (nee Whiteley) Redman

Passed away peacefully at Finlay Pavilion, Peace Arch Hospital on January 28, 2006.

Connie was born in Leeds, England on August 9, 1912 and immigrated to Canada in 1913.

The family settled in Marshall, Sask. where she was raised and met and married Paul Redman in 1935.

Paul’s career with National Grain Company saw them in several locations in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. After Paul’s retirement, they moved to White Rock in the early ’70’s.

Paul passed away in 2001. Connie is survived by her brother Bill Whiteley (Eileen), her daughter Paddy Tiar (Jacques), grandson Marc Tiar (Morgan) and great-granddaughter Lola.

At a private family service held in the Memory Garden of First United Church on February 2, 2006, her ashes were interred by the Reverend Joan McMurtry.
