Peacefully on Sunday April 3, 2005 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Grandmother to Michael (Lynn) and Jason Mackinnon, Dan and Tori Olma and Sean Hopkins, great-grandmother to Harley and Tia MacKinnon.

No funeral by request.
A celebration of life was held at Janis' house as per Daisy's request on Saturday, April 9, 2005 from 1-3pm at 12884 - 20th Ave, Surrey.
