Passed away peacefully on November 26, 2002 in White Rock, B.C. Born in Brandon, Manitoba on August 7, 1906, raised in Saskatchewan, married and spent many years in Winnipeg, Manitoba raising her family. She and husband Bill retired to Penticton, B.C. Ethel moved to White Rock after Bill's passing in 1990.
Ethel will be greatly missed by her daughters , Gail (Jack) Witherspoon and Sheila (Rudy) Triffo, 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Ethel will be remembered for her generous spirit, her unfailing strength and her gift of laughter. With Ethel there was never a dull moment and she could always laugh at herself. We will miss her dearly but are thankful for the many fun filled memories she left with us. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
