Frank passed away peacefully at Royal Jubilee Hospital on his 86th birthday, January 12, 2003.
Predeceased by his son, Thomas Frank in 1963. Survived by his loving wife, Jessie; sons, Les (Dianne), Del (Linda), Vince (Brenda) and Phil; daughter-in-law Linda; grandson, Paul; granddaughters, Cherie, Robin, Genevieve, Jessica, Katherine and Stacey; great-grandchildren, Megan, Gregory, Alicia, Heather and Jacob; brother Ralph (Ruby), sister-in-law Hazel and nieces and nephews. A memorial service was held on January 17, 2003.
