Frank passed away peacefully at the age of 98 on the evening of June 17, 2017. He was born in Quill Lake, Saskatchewan on his family farm and was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witness’s in June of 1940. Frank leaves behind his wife of 35 years, Irene Ratz, and 5 children, Mark, Bonnie-Lou, Darrell, Wayne, and Sheldon, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Special thanks to the staff at the Peace Arch Hospital for taking great care throughout this process and to all family and friends who came to show their love during his final days. He was a great man who was full of faith and will be greatly missed.
