Her parents were Lewis Alfred and Alicia (Lillie) May Roebuck. Predeceased by her loving husband Albert (Bert) in 1999. Trudi was a gifted, inspirational music and elementary teacher in one-room schools in Saskatchewan in the 1930's and later in Calgary, Ottawa, and Lindsay, Ontario. Her creative talents were many. She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer, of Toronto, and Cathryn (and her husband, David Miller) of Saskatoon, her son Gaylord (and his wife Pamela) of Singapore, her granddaughters, Amelia (and husband Eoin Russell) of New York, Adrianna (and husband Ron Porter) of Berkeley, California, and her great grandchildren, Lilliana and Larsen Porter. Her far flung family is grateful for the caring attention she received from Dr. L. Schuman, Dawn Livingstone, and her niece, Margo Elfert. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Donations can be made in her memory to White Rock Hospice Society, 15510 Russell Ave. White Rock, BC, Canada, V4B 2R3 or the Canadian Red Cross, 40-1480 Foster Street, White Rock, BC V4B 3X7.
