Hannah Mary Person

September 11, 2003

Hannah was born in Vancouver on January 9, 1980 and passed away on September 10, 2003. Hannah was extraordinary. She was raised in White Rock and attended E.M.S. and Kwantlen. She has a promising beginning marketing a skateboarding clothing line. Hannah travelled widely, seeing more of the world in her short life than most people see in a lifetime. She had a magnetic personality. Hannah was kind-hearted, generous, fun-loving and had a wonderful sense of humour.

She is survived by her mother Betty, father Jan & Dale Roosen, sisters Lauren and Kali Roosen; grandmother Mary Person & grandparents Hatsumi & Curtis Carter, aunts Lili (Dave) Davis, Joan Connolly & Don Boyd, Lisa (Richard) Kuz & Uncle Jim Carter. She had many, many good friends and will be sorely missed.

A celebration of her life was held at the First United Church, (Buena Vista & Semiahmoo), White Rock on Thursday, September 18, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. In Memoriam donations may be made to Amnesty International, S.Surrey Food Bank or The Free Church Unitarian, P.O. Box 1596, Blaine, WA. 98231.
