Ford: Helen Aileen (nee Montgomery) passed away peacefully October 5, 2002 at the age of 91 in White Rock. Dearly loved mother of Bob of Anacortes, Gordon of Surrey, and Stan of Los Angeles, California. Helen was predeceased by her loving husband Hector, in 1980, and dear son Alan, of Arkona, Ontario in 2001. Helen is sadly missed by daughters-in-law Ida, Sharon, Pat and Therese and warmly remembered by grandchildren Elisabeth, Ingrid and Kristine, Nancy and Linda, Steve, Aaron and David, Tracy and Dallas. Helen's sister Doreen survives her along with several nieces and nephews. Born in Edmonton, Helen raised her 4 sons with Hector in Vancouver for most of her life until moving first to Ladner and then eventually to White Rock in 1988. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at Crescent United Church, 2756 - 127 Street, Surrey. In lieu of flowers, donations to a church or charity would be greatly appreciated.
