Passed away peacefully at Peace Arch Hospital on February 17, 2003. Henry was born in Wawota, SK in 1921 and served overseas during World War II. After his return he farmed in Saskatchewan before moving to British Columbia where he met and married Leila, his wife of 40 years. Henry worked in the construction industry in the lower mainland. He enjoyed golfing and curling and was a member of Branch 8 of the Royal Canadian Legion. Henry was predeceased by 3 sisters and 1 brother and is lovingly remembered by his wife Leila, sister Catherine and 2 brothers Sam and Bill (Bernice). No funeral service by request. In memory of Henry, memorial tributes may be made to the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation or B.C. Children's Hospital.
