Passed away peacefully on September 7, 2005.
Born in Beeston, England in 1923 she lived her life and raised her family in New Westminster and Burnaby before moving to White Rock for retirement.
Predeceased by her husband Ron, she is survived by her two sons Roger and David (Jan) and her granddaughter Allison (mother Bev) as well as her twin sister Vera and brothers Tom and Frank.
She leaves behind many close friends she made over the years, most recently in Cherrybrook Park and Pacific Carlton Retirement Residence.
The family is very grateful to Dr. J. Nolte and the nurses and staff at Peace Arch Hospital for their very compassionate support and professional care in the last three months of her life.
A memorial service was held Thursday, September 15, 2005 at 11:00 am in the Chapel Courtyard located within Ocean View Burial Park (4000 Imperial Street) Burnaby.
