Jack Charles (Jerry) passed away peacefully at Peace Arch Hospital on Saturday, November 22, 2003. Born in Cornation, Alberta in 1919 he joined the services during World War II and spent most of his career in X-Ray and hospital administration.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 58 years, Hazel, son Jerald (Vicki) and granddaughter Ashley. Twin sisters Ruth and Ruby, also extended family Naomi, Meghan and Dale.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 29 at 2 p.m. at Victory Memorial Park, 2977 King George Hwy., Surrey. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & stroke Foundation.
