EWING, JAMES (JR) ROBERT
March 15, 1917 - December 27, 2008
Survived by his beloved wife Alice (Al) of 66 years whom he adored, daughters; Bobbie Anderson (Bob) and Lori Williams (Gord), eight grandchildren (Tracey, Shelby & Kelly/Danielle, Mike, Kevin, Shawn & Tyler), seven great grandchildren, sister Irene and nieces Karen & Chris.
JR passed away peacefully at Morgan Place where he resided for the past two years.
He was a strong, caring, loyal and dedicated man to his family and not a day will go by that we won't miss him.
Special thanks to the staff at Morgan Place especially his Dearden Caregivers whom affectionately called him "Poppa G".
The Family extends their gratitude to Dr. Jeffrey Purkis whom we admire and respect for his commitment and compassion to JR for the past 20 years.
By JR's request, no service will be held. A private family celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
