BILLING - Jean, It is with great sadness that the family of Jean Billing announces her passing with her family at her side after a hard-fought battle with cancer, on Tuesday November 11th, 2008. Her love of her family, and competitive spirit in all walks of life were not enough to defeat this disease. Jean will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 54 years, Raymond Billing, son Sandy (Theresa), daughters Lynn and Susan (Terry). Grandchildren Justin, Krista (Jorge), Kevin (Raegan), Jesse and Willow. Sisters Helen Wiltsey and Marion Waldon, many more extended family members and her dear friends. There will be no service at her request. A Celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, November 16th, in their home at #72 - 3355 Morgan Creek Way, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, those that so desire may make a donation to the White Rock Palliative Care Unit or the BC Special Olympics. For her friends in Prince Rupert, a celebration of her life will be held in Prince Rupert at a later date.
