Joan passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.
Joan was a kind, loving and supportive wife for 69 years,a caring daughter, a loyal friend, and a mother without equal.
She is deeply missed.
Joan is survived by her loving husband Edmond David Neale; children Catherine (Terry),David,and Laura (Rick),grandchildren Jennifer, Allison, Meredith, Jessica, John, Eve and Jordan; great grandchildren Ross, Ryan, Charlie, Julia, Maddison and Emily, and her brother James Bruce.
A celebration of life will be held at St. Mark's Anglican Church in Surrey-Saturday Sept.30 2017
A memorial service will be held at St James Poplar Park Church Libau, Manitoba, early June 2018.
