On Saturday, January 31, 2004, John passed away peacefully just short of his 85th birthday. He is lovingly remembered and will be forever missed by his wife, Marj of White Rock; his son, Stephen and his wife Leanne of Edmonton; his brother Francis of Maple Ridge; his two granddaughters Abbi and Jessica of Edmonton, and the many friends and acquaintances who touched his life (especially White Spot people). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 6, 2004 at 1:00 pm at Personal Alternatives Chapel, 3070 - 275A St., Aldergrove, B.C. If friends so desire a memorial tribute may be made to a charity of one's choice.
