Passed away peacefully in White Rock on June 26, 2006 at the age of 87 years. He is survived by loving family, wife Bertha of 38 years, sister Eileen of Edmonton, Alta., and many extended family members.
John was a WWII veteran serving in the U.K. and continental Europe, being awarded the France German Star, The Defence Medal & Canadian Volunteer service Medal & Clasp.
