John passed away very peacefully at Evergreen Baptist Care Home in White Rock, B.C. on Friday, November 22, 2002 at the age of 92.
John was born in Bonnybridge, Scotland on October 14, 1910, the sixth of 13 children. John was predeceased by his son Joseph in 1989 and his wife Mary in 1992. He is survived by his daughter Ann and son-in-law Lee Harris of White Rock, B.C.; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial was held on Friday November 29, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 1153 Fir Street, White Rock, B.C. Interment will take place at Ocean View Burial Park, Burnaby, B.C.
