Born June 27, 1914 in Somerset, England. Passed away peacefully in Peace Arch Hospital on June 16, 2004.
Survived by Winn, his loving wife of 67 years, daughters; Gwen, Josie, Leslie (Bob) and son Rod (Wendy), 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Joe was a past president of the New Westminster Legion, Branch #2 and a lifetime member of Branch #8, White Rock.
At Joe's request, there will be a closed family service.
