Lorne DAVIDSON

DAVIDSON, (Charles) Lorne passed away with family at his side in Peace Arch Hospital on March 24, 2005 at the age of 83. Predeceased by his mother Adele, brother Bill and wife Lorraine. Lovingly remembered by his children Edi, Lorne, Nora, Kate, Max (Lorne), his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and their families. Lorne was born in Penticton, B.C., where he lived much of his youth with his mother and brother. He served his country in WWII as a Sergeant with the Canadian Army Intelligence. Lorne held his Masters Degree working much of his life in Edmonton both as a teacher and administrator. Lorne retired in the community of White Rock and spent his last 9 years loving and caring for his ailing wife. He was her best friend and her voice as she slowly grew silent from her illness. Lorne will always be remembered for his loving ways and gentle spirit. He was ready to go home to God and his family in Heaven. He will be greatly missed - until we meet again.
