WELLS, Lorne Robert
September 19,1932 - June 12, 2008
With deep sadness the family of Lorne Wells announce his passing away at the age of 75. He had been battling cancer and succumbed to it in his White Rock home with his family at his side. Born in Vancouver, Lorne graduated from Vancouver Technical
Institute in 1950 as a trained patternmaker. He followed this profession for many years becoming an accomplished wood worker and master craftsman. Lorne spent his life creating and building many beautiful and unique things from kaleidoscopes to boats and houses. He loved boating and the outdoors. During his retirement He spent 15 years volunteer teaching for The White Rock Power Squadron. Lorne is survived by his devoted
partner Georgie-Anne Paone, his four children Ria Munro (Warren), Lee Wells (Lonnie), Shawn Lazarowich, (Glenn) Chantal Puddicombe, (Gerry) his grandchildren Jordin Kupidy
(Steven), Tanner Munro (Stacey), Britanie Lazarowich, Jayden Wells, Bree Wells, Colton Lazarowich, Shayne Wells, Cassandra Puddicombe. great grandchildren Madelyn Kupidy, Gabriel Munro, Alexis Kupidy, Claire Munro and his many loving friends. We would like to thank Dr. Charles King and the Hospice care nurses for the very special care.
Cremation. No Service by request. In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation.
