Chappell, Lynne Adrienne Wheater

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the All Saints Anglican Church, 4755 Arthur Drive, Ladner BC for the late Lynne Chappell who passed away March 9th 2008. She was born in Born Wakefield, Great Britain as Miss Lynne Adrienne Wheater Holmes into a family whose ancestry promoted and adored the enfoldment of the creative spirit.
She married once at the age of fifty, to the late Mr. Wilfred Chappell, waiting for the perfect man of whom she found. In 1994 they founded the Jovial Crew where in a long list of many signature plays she directed and performed throughout the community. In 2003 this dynamic duo established the Eagle Nest Theatre, producing a professional theatatrical quality on the banks of the Fraser River in Deas Island Park, seeds of their dreams to establish a Shakespearian festival for the people of this community. Lynne worked as a notary public whereby she touched the lives of many unsuspecting customers and in drama, sung out her dreams for the human spirit in full force.
