FORBES, MAE SYBIL (nee Lawley)
Born May 5th, 1916 in Fernie, BC. Passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of August 2nd, 2006 at Peace Arch Hospital. Predeceased by son Barry, husband Ken, sisters; Dorothy, Myra and Eunice and brother Bill. Survived by son Raymond, sister Ivy, sister-in-law Buddy and several nephews and nieces. Her beloved piano will be silent but memories of her will play on. Heartfelt thanks to the ladies of West Coast Health, the team from Fraser Health, Berkley Pavilion, and also the nurses and staff in Palliative Care at Peace Arch Hospital. Cremation has taken place and a remembrance gathering will be held at Searidge Bays Clubhouse, 15875 20th Ave., Surrey on Sunday August 13, 2006, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
