Ramsay - Margaret (Nee Fernie)
June 3, 1920 to March 24, 2008
Margaret passed away in her sleep after her health deteriorated from Alzheimer's and a series of strokes. For the past three and a half years she lived at the Peace Portal Lodge in White Rock. The staff there are to be thanked and commended for their compassion and care for all residents.
Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Margaret was a war bride and after WWII, resided in Salmon Arm, BC, with husband Murray until 1988, when they moved to White Rock, BC. Margaret was predeceased by Murray in 1992 and is survived by her sister Jean Fernie of White Rock, sister Ishbel MacDonald in Scotland, son Ford, daughter-in-law Pirjo, grandchildren Karina and Jeremy, all of Burnaby, BC.
