GRANT, Michael Ernest
Born October 3, 1940, left us suddenly on June 29, 2008 while enjoying the ocean shoreline with friends in the community of West Vancouver where he was born. Survived by children Elliott, Brendan and Jennifer, and sister Janice Pearson, his sense of humor, love for sailing, animals and gardening, will be missed and fondly remembered. Mike was a well respected high school teacher at White Rock Junior and Queen Elizabeth Secondary schools. An informal gathering will be held on Sunday, July 13 after 1:00 PM in White Rock at 2221 154A Street to share memories. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
