After a courageous battle with cancer, Muriel passed away April 10, 2003. Muriel was born i n Arcola, Saskatchewan November 9, 1921 and died in White Rock, B.C. Muriel was predeceased by her first husband Kenneth. Always a loving mom and grandmother, she will be sadly missed by her three sons and two daughters and their families. Muriel is also survived by a sister and brother and their families. Muriel was a woman of profound strength. The family would like to thank the staff of Peace Arch Hospital Palliative Care and Dr. Angus MacDonald for their kind and compassionate care. A private graveside service was held. If friends so desire, a donation to B.C. Cancer Society or SPCA would be appreciated.
